KioSoft Technologies LLC (“KioSoft”) is a growing hardware and software company providing turnkey custom solutions for the Commercial Laundry, Vending, and other unattended Payment Industries. KioSoft has operations in the United States, Canada, China, Korea, and authorized dealers worldwide.
We’re looking for a **talented and creative Graphic Designer** based in Mexico to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for creating visually impactful designs across digital and print, supporting both integral and regional marketing efforts. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to both take direction and provide creative leadership when needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with different teams to develop campaign visuals, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Translate marketing and product briefs into compelling visual assets
- Develop and maintain **standard design templates** to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and platforms
- **Give clear design briefs** to graphic team members in other locations, ensuring alignment and quality control




- Take initiative in concept development and offer creative input during brainstorming sessions
- Ensure timely execution of design tasks with a focus on quality and creativity
- Coordinate with vendors or internal teams when preparing files for print or digital distribution
- Use modern tools, including **AI-assisted design platforms and rendering tools**, to create polished, visually engaging assets efficiently
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work (digital and print)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to understand marketing goals and translate them into visual communication in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable receiving and giving briefs, feedback, and direction
**Preferred**:
- Experience working with international teams
- Understanding of B2B technology or self-service industry is a plus
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and video editing is a bonus
