**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- General services administration (cleaning, cafeteria, transportation)
- Development of Career Plan for employees
- Establish and develop organizational development programs for all departments
- Culture planning and management within the organization
- Monitoring of Culture surveys
- Improvement projects based on Culture survey results
- Management of internal promotions
- Implementation of employee retention strategies
- Collaboration with the updating of job profiles based on the evolution of the organizational structure
- Contribution to employee retention and retention plans through organizational culture
- Creation of improvement projects based on employee competency development




- Employee performance evaluation
- Monitoring of HR KPIs
- Improvement of processes for staff developmentEmployee motivation strategies
**For This Role, You Will Need**:
English: Intermediate/Advanced
Bachelor’s degree in business administration/organizational psychology or similar
Computer Software: Intermediate Office
Other: Teamwork, Conflict Resolution, Customer Focus
Required: Organizational Development, Statistics, Staff Turnover and Absenteeism
