**Job Title**:CAE Engineer

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAE engineer to develop and verify harness components performing CAE/FEA with Moldflow:
**YOUR ROLE**:
- CAE/FEA simulations development to validate and optimize molds used to produce plastic parts.
- Design and modification of simulations with Autodesk Moldflow.
- Mold designs optimization.
- Quality improvement and cycle times reduction.
- To validate designs comply with guidelines and rules defined by the client.
- Design and release of workproducts into PLM system.
- Suppliers management for product/process qualification (PPAP agreement).
- To advice design changes for manufacturability.
- Manage tooling manufacturing with suppliers to meet requirements.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in **3D and 2D design**with CATIA v5 and 6.
- Experience with **CAE/FEA tools.**
- Experience with **Moldflow.**
- Experience in communicating with technical stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements.
- Experience with PPAP managing suppliers for automotive products delivery.
- Experience with DFMEA.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Experience in plastic parts design.




- Experience with PLM SW such as Teamcenter.
- Experience with wire harness parts.
- Experience with automotive 3D and 2D design guidelines.
