We’re looking for a **Marketing Tech & Content Coordinator** to support our growth team with the execution, automation, and optimization of digital campaigns. This hybrid role blends creative content production with marketing ops—ideal for someone who enjoys jumping between tools, channels, and formats while keeping everything organized and running on time.
You’ll play a key role in building campaigns, publishing content, and enabling our general sales teams with assets and automations that drive real business results.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Maintain a 30-day content calendar and publish content across social platforms
- Design lightweight graphics and short videos using Canva, CapCut, or Figma
- Automate workflows using Zapier or Make to connect marketing and CRM systems
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Excel or Google Sheets
- Collaborate with international sales reps and create easy-to-follow process docs
**What You Bring**:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred)




- Strong ability to build and troubleshoot workflow automations
- Design and/or video editing experience—please share examples
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis
- Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus
