Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Automation Manager _located in _Guadalajara, North._
- Reporting to the Automation Manager, Automation Manager role involves Lead and drive regional and site-specific activities on Growth and Productivity by deploy successfully Automated lines. Align and support each Business Unit ensure we are achieving goals on both._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Lead the planning and implementation of an automation project. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Define project task, timelines and resource requirements._
- _ Work effectively with leadership, design and engineering, Indirect Procurement and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements for Growth and Productivity by using Automation process._
- _ Define clear process requirements to automate process that allows achieve goals with ROI, Investment cost, scalable solutions etc._
- _ Estimate project budget, and control the cost within the budget_
- _ Collaboration with other functions in compliance with the law and rules (Information Security, Finance, EHS, ESD, CE, UL, etc.)_
- _ Be a key spokesperson to advocate core product capabilities and potential opportunities. Effectively participate in promotion activities internally and with customers to represent various industry products, solutions, and value propositions._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA in Engineering electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or similar_
- _ Experience as Project Management Institute._
- _ Knowledge in _Automation-Maintenance_ and Engineering_
- _ Evaluations, plans, internal strategies, result oriented, flexible, passionate, creative, hands-on, love to learn and continuously improve, objective,



critical thinking and problem-solving skill, well organized, pays attention to details, methodical_
- _ Gap Analysis_
- _ Analysis (Tracking Systems) - Global Customer Communication_
- _ English Advanced (Worldwide interactions)_
- _ Experience with Databases is also a plus Desirable experience in an Industry like _Electronics/Automotive_ (plastics, Metals, Food-Pharmaceutical Industry Health Reliability)_
- _ Impacts the long-term (annual) direction and financial or operational success of the function and/or site. Approves and/or creates functional processes or technologies. Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site_
- _ Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approach to critical assignments. 'Provides direction on large/critical projects_
- _ Time flexibility due to integral supplier in different time zones_
- _ Great communicator - verbally and written._
- _ Solid experience with TPM role:_
- _ Responsible for development & deployment for complex automation project or automatic product._
- _ Project planning & schedule control & quality control & project management._
- _ Estimate project cost and implement project to control the cost within the budget._
- _ System verification in whole development process with good abilities of troubleshooting & high-quality awareness._
- _ Data analysis and reporting._
- _ Know DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE, CPK, GR&R;, related assistance tools be plus_
- _ Familiar related standard & system, like ISO9001, TS16949, EMS IPC-3 be plus_
