**Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily billing operations, including accounts receivable management and collections.
- Lead the monthly consumption invoicing process, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize best practices for consumption-based invoicing.
- Manage marketplace transactions and ensure timely collections by coordinating with customers and partners.
- Prepare monthly close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and presentations related to accounts receivable and sales tax.
- Collaborate with sales and legal teams to process vendor onboarding requests.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years of experience in billing or related functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in high-growth environments, ideally within SaaS or PaaS industries.




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering results.
- Knowledge of general accounting concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with NetSuite (preferred).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
