- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace/Computer) from an ABET accredited university
- 3 years of transportation wiring design and release experience or vehicle electrical system experience
- 5 years of engineering experience




- Excellent communication skills that include writing, creation and presentation of management level high quality presentation materials and reports
- Proficient in MS Office suite of tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
**Qualifications**
- Master of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
- Training in DFMEA DVP&R; and DFSS development tools and processes
- Working knowledge of CAD systems (NX, Catia)
- Working knowledge of CAD systems (Capital XC)
- Experience in high volume manufacturing facilities along with knowledge of wiring manufacturing facility
- Web publishing and familiarity with SharePoint data management environments
