**What will you do?**
- Perform routine inspections of building systems and equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in building systems and equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of energy-saving initiatives.
- Provide support for building renovations and new construction projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects to deliver project scope within budget and on time.




- Direct cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide project progress reports, proposals, and status updates.
- Ensure proper execution of Core Tools and compliance with quality standards.
- Implement and maintain effective maintenance practices.
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license.
