We are looking for marketing professionals to be the new:
MANAGER DIGITAL
You need:
- 5+ years of experience in 5+ years developing and managing complex, digital, and multichannel media campaigns
- 2+ years leading high performance teams
- Experience analyzing marketing metrics, making quantitative evaluations of planned and completed marketing / media efforts, establishing KPIs and test methodologies, and analyzing tests
- Fluent English (C1)
Key responsabilities:
- Work with the Director and the media planning teams to develop strategies for all digital media buys, as assigned
- Responsible for managing campaign setup that includes ad serving, tracking implementation, and trafficking
- Responsible for managing a team of direct reports (remote and across all Rise locations) with accountability for all aspects of team oversight, including employee onboarding, employee training, employee performance (accountability and behavior), employee retention
