Overview Role: Business Analyst
Location: Remote - Mexico
Type: Fulltime Permanent and Remote Position with HCLTech

Responsibilities Review project assigned for potential gaps and/or missing requirements necessary to fulfill the business request
Manages their Dashboard daily and update accordingly
Deactivating integrations in all systems when needed
Notify appropriate teams internally as needed based on specific project needs
Documents project extracts, company, and contact records.
Maintain and protect customer relationships with excellent customer service
Qualifications 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
Prior experience in gathering detailed business requirements, interpreting Customer business needs, and translating needs into operational business requirements.
Prior experience in a customer service or customer facing role.
Prior experience in eCommerce/eBusiness environment (Such as EDI, B2B eCommerce, Supply Chain, other electronic integrations) Preferred
Experience in the Food Industry/Distribution is a Plus
Excellent organization,

Excellent Excel Advanced Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong Knowledge and general understanding of IT/Technical Concepts
General knowledge of various file types such as EDI ANSI X12, XML, cXML, Flat Files etc.
General Knowledge of Data warehouse, IBM, Sterling Integrator, EDI Translation Tools, CoreFtp/FileZilla.
