We are seeking Intake Specialists and Legal Assistants to join our U.S.-based law firm. This is a remote, full-time position offering competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities. Both positions are remote and can be based anywhere in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client intake calls and gather case details
Assist attorneys with legal documentation and case management
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other parties
Utilize legal CRMs and digital tools (Google Drive, Filevine, etc.)
Qualifications: Law Degree (preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or legal assistance is a plus
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken, mandatory)
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Familiarity with CRMs and remote work environments
Own a computer, headset, and have a reliable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps)
