As part of the System Transformation - Oracle team you will assist clients with business transformations leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as Oracle. As a Senior Associate, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. This role provides the chance to work on diverse engagements and help clients gain confidence in their internal controls and governance processes.

Job Role

As a member of the System Transformation Oracle Team, work on diverse engagements across both audit and non-audit clients, providing assurance over the controls dimensions of large-scale business transformations. Focus on helping clients gain confidence in their internal controls,



governance and risk management processes and related controls, data governance, quality, reliability, lineage, and reporting as they implement new systems and processes.

Utilize innovative solutions to assess and manage risk and controls during system transformation. Evaluate client’s approach for SDLC, ERP security, business processes, key reports, and IT General Controls, while educating clients on leading practice recommendations.

Encourage technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same. Lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating organization purpose and values.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems

Minimum 4 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Experience/exposure to System Transformation (Pre / Post Implementation) projects.

Oracle Cloud Fusion/Oracle EBS experience.

Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) controls and their supporting artifacts.

Experience documenting walkthroughs for business and IT processes and SDLC activities.

Experience testing IT application/automated controls (ITACs) within General Ledger, Procurement, Payables, Order Management, Receivables, Assets modules of Oracle.

Experience testing key reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information produced by entity (IPE) risks.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with US-based teams and clients.

Thriving in a dynamic consulting environment, with a desire to grow.

Managing client engagements and internal projects, including budgets, risks, and quality assurance.

Supporting Engagement Managers in drafting client deliverables for review by Engagement Leaders. Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.

Identifying and pursuing business opportunities, supporting line management in proposal development, managing, coaching, and supporting team members.

Supporting Engagement Managers with engagement scoping and planning activities.

Coaching team members in task completion.
