The Role
At our Aalsmeer warehouse, you’ll be part of a small, motivated team with a work-hard, play-hard attitude.
We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who can keep an overview, take initiative, and stay calm under pressure.
Our warehouse is the heart of No Label, coordinating all logistics, from shipping online orders to supplying our stores. No two days are the same, but your main responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and working alongside the warehouse team
Picking, packing, and shipping web orders (via our WMS and Sendcloud)
Preparing replenishment orders for our 10 physical stores
Receiving and processing bulk deliveries
Handling and reconditioning returns

What You Bring
Experience managing or leading a team
Full-time availability in Aalsmeer (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00)
Experience with systems like Sendcloud and/or WMS (a plus)
Affinity with logistics and/or retail
Stress-resistant, organized, and hands-on attitude
