Location: Guadalupe, Reciente Leon. Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. Responsibilities:- Assist in managing purchases and suppliers.- Analyze data and generate reports using Excel and Power BI.- Collaborate with different departments to ensure proper material flow.- Participate in meetings and present progress reports.- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed. Required Skills:- Active student with more than 1 year remaining to graduate.- 70% English proficiency.- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power BI desirable).- Desirable experience in purchasing.- Effective communication and proactive.- Analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making.- Negotiation skills.
