The Strategic Partnership Manager will lead business development and strategic partnership initiatives for TOEFL iBT and GRE across Mexico, while supporting broader LATAM growth initiatives where relevant. This role focuses on expanding ETS product presence, driving B2B growth, developing new commercial partnerships, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across the international education ecosystem, including universities, bilingual schools, language centers, scholarship organizations, and government entities.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow TOEFL iBT and GRE volumes across Mexico.

Identify, develop, and close new B2B opportunities with universities, bilingual schools, pathway providers, language centers, scholarship organizations, and education agencies.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of new institutional and channel partners.

Strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive incremental growth, upselling opportunities, and long-term engagement.

Represent ETS products within the Mexico international education ecosystem and expand market visibility.

Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor activity, market trends, and partnership gaps within Mexico.

Develop actionable strategies to increase TOEFL and GRE market share and strengthen positioning against competitors.

Support the execution of country-level commercial initiatives aligned with LATAM regional objectives.

Identify high-value institutional opportunities and develop targeted engagement strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary Mexico-based contact for TOEFL iBT and GRE stakeholders and strategic accounts.

Build strong relationships with institutional leaders, counselors, teachers, admissions teams, and channel partners.

Represent ETS products at conferences,



workshops, school visits, fairs, and industry events.

Collaborate with internal regional and global teams to align partnership strategies and market initiatives.

Deliver TOEFL and GRE-related presentations, workshops, and institutional engagement sessions for schools, universities, and partners.

Support institutions in understanding ETS products, score usage, preparation resources, and student pathways.

Promote best practices and support institutional adoption initiatives.

Operational & CRM Excellence

Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and account management within Salesforce and internal reporting systems.

Ensure timely follow-up, execution, and coordination across active accounts and commercial opportunities.

Monitor partnership performance and provide regular market and pipeline updates to leadership.

Support test center and operational initiatives where required.

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree required.

5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, international education, student recruitment, language assessment, or related commercial roles.

Strong knowledge of the Mexico international education landscape.

Existing network across universities, schools, education agencies, or pathway organizations preferred.

Experience managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment.

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual base pay will be determined based on internal equity and may vary with geographic region, experience, and other factors. Compensation is just one aspect of the Total Rewards Package offered.
