**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Major Job Responsibilities**:
- Confidentiality and integrity
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy;*Payroll processing; processing and payment of Infonavit and SUA (IMSS); processing and payment of Fonacot; processing and payment of ISN; electronic payment processing; preparation and recording of accounting entries; processing and reconciliation of payroll tax stamps; responding to audit, SAT, and IMSS requirements; and customer service.
**Major Job Qualifications/Specific Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- English proficiency: 75% required.
- 2-4 years of payroll experience (depending on organization size).
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Cegid - People Net, Tress, other)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.




- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
