Through proactive lead generation, personalized engagement, and a passion for connecting with couples, you help turn inquiries into dream weddings while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality from the very first conversation.

Responsibilities

Capture and qualify wedding leads: monitor inquiries from multiple channels, engage with prospective couples, and qualify leads to ensure timely follow‑up and a strong sales pipeline.

Manage lead administration: maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales systems, update client information, track lead status, and ensure all interactions are properly documented.

Support the wedding sales process: coordinate the distribution of inquiries, prepare preliminary proposals, schedule site inspections, and assist the Wedding Sales team with administrative and sales‑related tasks.

Drive lead generation efforts: research new business opportunities, build relationships with wedding planners and referral partners,



and identify prospective clients to expand the hotel’s wedding business.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams: work closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to ensure seamless communication and an exceptional experience from the first inquiry through the sales process.

Track performance and reporting: monitor lead conversion metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide insights that support commercial strategies and continuous improvement.

Deliver exceptional client service: respond promptly to inquiries, provide personalized assistance, and create a positive first impression that reflects Hilton’s commitment to hospitality and service excellence.
