Sr Manager, Manufacturing Operations Engineering This role leads and develops engineering teams, ensuring the organization has the technical capabilities required to meet current and future business needs. The position drives strategic alignment between engineering and business objectives, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and talent development. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Lead and coordinate engineering activities across multiple teams, disciplines, or locations to ensure alignment with business priorities. Build and develop high‑performing engineering teams through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. Develop and execute engineering strategies, including technology roadmaps, to close capability gaps and support future growth. Manage department budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to achieve financial and operational targets. Drive innovation and knowledge capture,



fostering a culture that values continuous improvement and learning. Identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and process improvements to enhance competitiveness and operational performance. Provide technical and strategic insights to senior leadership, supporting decision‑making and long‑term planning. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; master’s degree (MS/MBA) preferred. 10+ years of experience in engineering roles, including leadership responsibility.
