**About the Role**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **Corporate Training Assistant** to support the development and coordination of employee training programs. This role is adecuado for someone with experience in corporate training environments who enjoys working behind the scenes—designing learning materials, managing systems, and collaborating with leadership.
This position focuses on **training development, coordination, and systems management**, rather than direct facilitation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and update corporate training content and learning materials
- Support the administration and optimization of the **Learning Management System (LMS)**:
- Assist in creating courses and training resources using **AI tools**:
- Coordinate training schedules, calendars, and logistics for trainees
- Partner with managers to identify training needs and support program rollout
- Track completion, progress, and effectiveness of training programs
- Maintain clear communication with leadership, managers,



and team members
- Ensure accuracy and organization of all training documentation and materials
**Qualifications**
- Experience in **corporate training, learning & development, or training coordination**:
- Hands-on experience with **LMS platforms**:
- Familiarity with **AI tools** for content creation or training support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Advanced or fluent **English** (required)
- Must be based in **Tijuana** and willing to travel to **Riverside, CA**
