Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed repair quotations, including labor, parts, and lead times.
- Collaborate with technical experts to clarify repair scope and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement to verify pricing, shipping, and parts availability.
- Track open quotes and follow up with customers to obtain approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, parts pricing, and repair recommendations.
- Ensure all quotations comply with company policies, service standards, and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- College coursework in a related field; a completed degree is preferred.




- At least 1 year of experience in quoting, estimating, or parts coordination within a technical service environment.
- Experience in industries such as cleanroom equipment, laboratory equipment, HVAC, or similar is preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
