About PerkUp PerkUp is a fast-growing HR Tech startup disrupting the $242B corporate gifting industry. Our platform lets employers send high-quality swag, gifts, gift cards, and rewards to employees globally—with on-demand fulfillment, 9 warehouses across 4 continents, and 60+ HRIS integrations. We are seeking an Operations Lead to own and continuously improve the flow of products through our integral fulfillment network—from the purchasing handoff through receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for our 3PLs, directly lead one operations coordinator from day one, and personally handle a meaningful share of the execution.

You will create and review ASNs, follow up on inbound shipments, resolve inventory and order issues, coordinate process changes and system migrations, and make sure work does not become orphaned after it is delegated.

This role is fully remote and works a full Eastern Time schedule.

Own day-to-day relationships with our global 3PL partners, including SLAs, escalations, performance, onboarding, and migrations.
Directly manage and develop one operations coordinator through clear goals, delegation, review, coaching, and accountability.
Create and review ASNs,



follow up on inbound shipments, resolve receiving discrepancies, and protect inventory accuracy.
Diagnose Shopify, WMS, and order-sync problems; Lead new warehouse requirements, process changes, documentation, SOPs, dashboards, and operating controls.
Track performance, identify recurring failure points, and build systems that reduce escalations and founder involvement.

Fulfillment, receiving, ASN, and inventory accuracy improve measurably.
Strong systems and technical aptitude—you can understand data flows, troubleshoot integrations, and communicate effectively with technical teams.
~ Excellent written and spoken English; Strong communication and vendor-management skills across remote teams.
~ Shopify and ASN experience are preferred, but neither is a hard requirement if you can demonstrate exceptional learning speed and relevant systems thinking.
