Job Summary
As a Logistics Analyst at Jabil, Inc., you will play a critical role in optimizing our global supply chain and logistics operations.
You will analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to improve cost-effectiveness, delivery performance, and overall operational excellence within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex logistics data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize freight costs, transit times, and delivery reliability across various modes of transportation (air, ocean, road).
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cost per unit, and inventory turns, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, production, sales) and external partners (e.g., carriers, 3PLs) to ensure seamless logistics execution.
Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, including supplier disruptions, capacity constraints, and regulatory changes.
Utilize logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing logistics processes and technologies.




Support the negotiation of contracts with logistics service providers and evaluate their performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in logistics analysis, supply chain operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a manufacturing or integral environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas) is essential.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
Problem-solving orientation with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certifications are a plus.
