- Coordinate internal logistics for handling urgent raw material purchase shipments and finished goods deliveries.
- Ensure the timely delivery of imports and exports of materials, machinery, equipment, and tools, while complying with applicable customs and foreign trade regulations.
- Send the necessary documentation in coordination with the Export Department to ensure the smooth transit of international shipments.
- Monitor the effectiveness of transportation services, verify the accuracy of freight charges, and ensure timely payment to service providers.
- Select and implement the best transportation options within the logistics chain,



focusing on freight optimization and the proper use of carriers.
- Create accruals, prepare freight expense reports, control logistics costs, and ensure the correct allocation of expenses.
- Meet internal and external customer information requirements accurately and on time.
- Comply with the requirements and guidelines of the CTPAT/AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) program
