- Qualifications_
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skill**s** (both verbal and written).
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work versátil shifts, including evenings and weekends.
