- Quality assurance knowledge and experience (quality systems, standards, metrics).
- Experience in production line transfers and plant launches / new product introductions.
- Involvement in cost-saving and operational improvement projects.

- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing engineering within the professional services industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing engineering teams.

- Advanced English
