**What You'll Do**:
- Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate,



emergency response activities.
- Monitor activity at a retail and convenience store location, observe for unusual conditions, and report incidents, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the store, fuel areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Assist with access control, visitor direction, and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and a baton is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
