Donaldson is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations while driving a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
In this role, you will oversee one or more production lines, ensuring daily operational excellence by meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
You will also coach and develop production teams while fostering a Lean Manufacturing mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and ISO ***** requirements.Drive product quality by ensuring compliance with IATF ***** standards, customer requirements, and established manufacturing processes.Optimize production performance by monitoring key operational metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions.Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance,



and employee performance while developing team capabilities through coaching and training.Foster a culture of Lean Manufacturing by promoting 5S, Gemba, waste elimination, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain to support business objectives.Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials while maintaining budget and cost targets.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or quality within a supervisory or people leadership role.Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Continuous Improvement, and industrial engineering tools.Familiarity with quality systems such as IATF ***** and environmental standards such as ISO *****.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
