Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required.
5 years of experience on HR function or Hr Generalist.
Position Purpose
Works closely with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with the organization ́s objectives.
Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the HR function for given customer/business group through versátil and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
Responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within our Centers of Excellence to deliver effective solutions.
Provide HR guidance on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Administrative and Personnel Services support.
Drive initiatives that support the overall success and effectiveness of the business while fostering positive work culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements
Strong communications skills (English & Spanish).




Effectively managing multiple priorities and confidential matters may be required.
Task oriented, self-driven, ability to work well with all levels of the organization both local and within Corporate.
