Responsibilities

- Organize, implement, and coordinate recruitment for plant hourly staff.
- Be familiar with the labor relations processes in manufacturing plants, particularly in handling employee conflicts and complaints.
- Manage office administration, including canteen, cleaning, shuttle bus, parking, rental management, visitor reception, and other employee-related services.
- Develop employee communication strategies to foster effective communication between staff and management and promote a positive corporate culture.
- Assist with internal HR audits.
- Handle staff incidents, prepare pre-payroll and payroll, ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations.




- Manage incentive and benefit programs, including major medical insurance adjustments.
- Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefit policies that recognize employee contributions.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare KPI reports.

Qualifications

- Over 5 years of HR experience, with skills in payroll, labor relations, and union processes; manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
