**Job Summary**
The Senior Analyst Tax will assure accurate and timely tax analysis For ETP West.
Responsibilities include tax calculation and payment, preparation of supporting tax compliance files for delivery, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for tax queries and supporting on internal and external audits.
**How You Can Be the Impact**
- Calculate and analysi monthly and annual taxes, as well as to arrange the payment process
- Support tax compliance files process
- Kkeep tax compliance for entities supported
- Analyze the inbound/outbound entries in order to keep the correct tax accounting for operations and tax compliance
- Support external audits (state, federal,
and municipal audits)
- Support internal audit (financial audit)
- Provide tax support to internal/external clients regarding tax queries
- Provide support and perform professional activities related to and inherent to the position held, as directed and/or requested by the immediate manager
**What Matters to SABIC**
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related is required.
- A minimum of two years of tax experience is required.
- SAP experience is required.
- Fluent in english is required, portuguese is a plus.
- Good problem solving and decision making skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Must be able to extract and analyze data from ERP.
- Presentation skills are required.
Must be able to present to 3rd party providers to prepare returns.
**Eligibility Requirements (Regional Specific)**
- You must be 18 years or older
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work for SABIC in the respective regions on a Full-Time basis
**Work Availability**
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Monday - Friday)) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs
