Job Title: Back-end Developers, Mid and Senior levels available.

General Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot anddebugging:Be able to troubleshoot issues and resolve them, while communicating them to project managers, stakeholders, and QA teams.
- Database managemente anddata storage:Designing and maintaining databases to store and manage data efficiently.
This includes tasks such as creating database schemas, writing queries, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data integrity and security.
- Software Architecture and System Design:contribute to the definition and evolution of the software architecture, focusing on building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.
Make key technical decisions regarding frameworks, design patterns, data flow, and system structure to ensure consistency across microservices and APIs.
Collaborate closely with Front-End, DevOps, and Automation teams to establish best practices, enforce coding standards, and adapt the architecture to industrial environments using containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS).
Qualifications:




- Bachelors degree in Cpmputer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronic engineering or related.
- 4-5 years of experience (mandatory) as Back-end developer
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Customer requirem and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish (desired).
- Authorization to work in the United States.
