Responsibilities

- Take ownership and responsibility for a successful manufacturing project in Mexico
- Source suppliers and service providers in Mexico and other necessary countries
- Drive business negotiations for cost downs and optimizations
- Assist operations in Mexico from import to export
- Initiate and manage purchases and production runs for multiple product lines, maintain accurate records, such as managing POs, inventory, payments etc
- Collaborate and communicate to local and general teams to achieve company goals
- Take on additional tasks, projects, and opportunities as they arise

Qualifications

- Strong ownership mindset and approach to work
- Excellent communicator: able to effectively explain any situation or challenge
- Exceptionally organized with excellent skills in excel and online document management




- Experience with hardware development & manufacturing; experience in appliance industry is a plus
- Fast learner: able to understand appliance parts and functions quickly and get up to speed with a new system of working quickly
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑starter and team player: able to work independently with minimal supervision and comfortable working in a quickly changing environment
- Proficient with any ERP or inventory/PO management system and has a solid understanding of database systems in general
- Spanish language skill is a plus. Excellent written English and Spoken English is required
