- Oversee SORP programs
- Control supply chain Management (procurement and logistics)
- Coordination through each relevant teams
3. Lead customer meetings and report progress

- Facilitate collaboration among engineering, production, purchasing, and quality teams
- Resolve issues and prioritize actions
4. Risk Management and Problem Solving
- Identify risks (delays, quality issues, material shortages, etc.)
- Develop contingency plans through relevant teams
- Track and resolve issues in real time

- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive improvements
