Jr. Sales Data Analyst

Latin American Contact Center, certificated "Great Place to Work" in 2023, is looking for a Jr. Sales Data Analyst to support our new business division PENTAUSA.

Job Objective

"To have a member on the team who assists us in tracking customer and prospect requirements, as well as contributes to the agility of the departments."

Duties

- Analyzing information data to track the performance of leads and identify areas for improvement.
- Help Marketing and Sales areas with prospects request deadlines.
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Developing materials, posts, presentations, articles, graphics, email campaigns, including template design.
- ZoomInfo statistics reporting.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events.
- Handling administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and other emergent activities.

Responsibilities

- Manage databases.




- Weekly deliverables for Pentafon USA Executive Director.
- Mailing and prospection activities.

Requirements and Skills

- Education Level: Incomplete or dropout of any degree.
- Similar experience in the same positions or in the industry: At least 1 year in operations of call center and in administrative areas.
- English Advanced or level B2.
- Teamwork.
- Effective communication.
- Active listening.
- Attention to details.
- Oriented to results.

Knowledge

- Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Call Center Indicators.
- Sales.
- Use and management of Excel.
- Marketing experience is a plus.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Place of Work

Polanco CDMX.
