Job Opportunity: Interior Designer for Luxury Villas – Los Cabos

We are a growing company specializing in the construction and management of high‑end luxury villas in Los Cabos. We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create sophisticated, high‑end interior design concepts for new luxury villa projects
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories appropriate for luxury vacation rental and private villa standards
- Collaborate closely with architects, builders, and project managers during design and construction phases
- Ensure designs are elegant, functional, and aligned with the premium Los Cabos lifestyle (ocean views, natural light, indoor‑outdoor flow)
- Assist with styling and furnishing of managed luxury villas for optimal guest experience

Requirements

- Proven experience in luxury villa or high‑end residential interior design (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of premium materials,



furniture brands, and current luxury design trends
- Ability to work on‑site in Los Cabos and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software (Revit, Lumion, or similar), and Adobe Suite
- Fluent in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
