- Create and maintain detailed CAD models and drawings for complex components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Review and analyze designs for feasibility and compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Mentor junior CAD Designers, providing guidance and support in design processes and software use.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in CAD design and drafting.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs.
