Department: Finance / Accounting / Audit

Location: Mexico - Monterrey

Description: Supporting local accounting/reporting business processes including collaboration on budgeting/forecasting, cost, internal controls and other administrative local, working closely in combination with other team/areas (AR, AP and Treasury).

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all the accuracy of accounting and closing timing, revision, accruals, etc.
- End of month closing.
- B/S reconciliation and other finance analysis.
- Cycle counts and full inventory finance local key user.
- Internal and external audit collaboration.
- Compliance with all the policies, internal controls and best practice by Franklin.
- Reporting to be provided by consolidation.




- General accounting under local GAAP and USGAAP principles.
- Administrative task of the business.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills:

- Self initiative
- Oriented to results
- Quick adaptation to any situation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- SAP/JDE
- Fluent English
- Excel advanced.

Experience: 5 years in finance department with accounting experience. Experience as external auditor is desirable.
