About Your Job:
- Follow up on internal and external quality issues and implement corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
- Monitor and improve quality KPIs: Scrap, FTQ, PPM, Customer Complaints, RMA's.
- Conduct process audits and support Layered Process Audits (LPA).




- Assist in the creation and revision of visual standards and work instructions.
- Support engineering changes and process validations.
- Assist in the analysis of test failures and basic root cause identification.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related).
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of quality systems and tools (ISO ****, IATF *****, Core Tools).
- Basic understanding of electronics (components, polarity, diagrams).
- Familiar with manual and automated soldering processes.
- Basic use of measurement equipment (multimeter, caliper, oscilloscope).
- Comfortable with Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- English: Not required, but considered a plus.
