Are you passionate about driving the **end-to-end recruitment process**and partnering with leaders across countries?
Join our **Regional Center of Excellence - Talent Acquisition team** and play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across LATAM.
**Your Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across LATAM, from intake to offer.
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.

- Conduct interviews, provide recommendations, and guide managers on best practices.

- Keep recruitment data updated in SAP SuccessFactors and support process improvements.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology,



Business, or related field.
- At least **2 years of experience** in full-cycle recruitment, preferably across multiple countries or business units.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
**Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
**- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, HireRight, MS Office 365, and MS Teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Interest in digitization, employer branding, and HR process automation.
