Job Description: SAP PP VC Consultant

Location: 100% Remote (with occasional travel if required)

Language Requirement: English fluency is a must (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP VC Consultant to support our clients in the automotive industry. The adecuado candidate will bring strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) processes and SAP configuration, combined with a solid understanding of automotive manufacturing flows. This role requires hands-on experience with Variant Configuration (VC) and participation in Brownfield transformation projects from ECC to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, design, configure, and implement SAP PP solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Variant Configuration (VC) to address complex manufacturing needs.
- Support Brownfield migration projects from ECC to SAP S/4HANA, including data validation, testing, and cutover planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, WM, etc.) to ensure seamless system integration.
- Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Identify business process improvements and contribute to enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare documentation, perform testing, and deliver end-user training.




- Provide day-to-day support and issue resolution for SAP PP modules.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the SAP PP module .
- Strong background in automotive manufacturing processes .
- Solid knowledge of PP Master Data (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers).
- Proficiency in Variant Configuration (VC) .
- Experience with integration to SD, MM, and WM modules .
- Proven involvement in Brownfield transformation projects (ECC to S/4HANA) .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (must-have requirement).

Nice to Have

- Experience with JIT and EDI processes .
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
