**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.based roles, from intake to offer.
- Facilitate the offer process in partnership with Compensation and the HR team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, EEO guidelines, and internal hiring policies.
- Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives where applicable.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in recruitment or HR.
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting U.S.based roles.
- Workday or similar applicant tracking system experience preferred.
- Experience collaborating with sourcing partners or recruiting coordinators is beneficial.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and peers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
**Additional Requirements**:
- This position will start as remote and transition to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the office is operational (approximately within the first year).
- No travel required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
