We are seeking a Quoting and Cost Analysis Lead with strong analytical skills and a proactive, result-driven attitude.
This role is essential in leading and managing the quoting process, analyzing costs, and supporting
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and **own the quoting process**, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of cost estimates.
- Develop and maintain **spreadsheets and cost analysis tools** to support pricing and profitability decisions.
- Analyze and understand **product and service costs**, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, purchasing, industrial engineering and production teams to gather accurate cost components.
- Provide timely and detailed cost reports to management to support quoting and financial strategies.
- Ensure **cost accuracy and consistency** across all quotes and proposals.
- Identify variances and work to improve quoting accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrate a **strong, assertive personality** to coordinate with different departments and ensure process discipline.




- Maintain focus on **continuous improvement of the quoting process**.
Experiência y requisitos
- Proven experience in **cost accounting and quoting processes**.
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Highly **detail-oriented and process-driven**.
- Must have a **strong personality** to take ownership and effectively lead the quoting process.
- Fluent in English (required)
