**Position Objectives**
- Develop strategies for cost reduction and price optimization.
- Prepare budget and Gross Profit reports.
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies in records.
- Comply with local accounting and tax regulations (US GAAP, MEX GAAP, NIF).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Audit and control of BOM (Bill of Materials) and product routing.
- Manage cost centers and internal orders.
- Manage fixed assets and control inventory.
- Record depreciation and review investment orders.
- Prepare monthly expense reports and ensure correct income reconciliation, including calculation and distribution of overhead.
- Prepare production and sales cost statements.
- Calculate direct and indirect costs and manage sales commissions.
- Support monthly financial closing, financial reports, and budgets.




**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in cost accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting ERP -SAP and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
- Conversational English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
