Key Responsibilities
- Drive the **end-to-end hiring process** for engineering and technical roles
- Conduct **technical screens** to assess capabilities and fit
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to align hiring expectations
- Keep your pipeline organized, active, and clean in our ATS




- Suggest improvements to sourcing strategies, interview flow, and hiring metrics
What You Bring
- 2-3+ years of **technical recruiting experience**, ideally at a staffing firm
- Confidence in conducting technical interviews (engineering, IT, data roles)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
- Available to work **PST or EST hours** as needed
