**_Supervise and ensure the operative discipline on process execution of OTC activities_**
**_ _**
**_Order Management and Billing._**
**_ _**
**_ Collections_**
**_ _**
**_ _**
**_Reconciliation of customer statements._**
**_ _**
**_Dispute resolution._**
**_ _**
**_ _**
**_Other responsibilities: _**
**_Upstream issues visibility._**
**_ _**
**_Data Analytics for decision making data driven._**

**_Negotiation Skills._**
**_ _**
**_Migration or Process transfer experience._**

**_Ambiguity management and Strong communication skills._**

**_Responsible to achieve operational metrics and KPIs._**

**_Support the OTC Teams in achieving the process targets._**
**_ _**
**_Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures._**

**_Attend escalations and resolve accounting and reporting related issues in a timely manner and ensure all queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently._**

**_Promote continuous improvement through best practices and recommend and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies._**

**_ Requirements:_**
**_ _**
**_ _**
**_University degree in Accounting or similar._**
**_ _**
**_experience in accounting processes, preferably in AR processes._**
**_ _**
**_Previous experience leading teams._**
**_ _**
**_Intermediate English level (B2), written and spoken._**
**_ _**
**_Intermediate - Advanced Excel level (vlookups, concatenate, pivots, formulas, basic macros).

**_SAP and High Radius Knowledge as desirable._**
