This position is part of the team to build and setup the SA2 logistics processes.
Supports logistics & material flow planning efforts to increase digitalization and have successful SOP / ramp up.
Responsible to manage Logistics Projects for new product development / introduction and capacity increases.
Once SA2 meet SOP, Manage the resources assigned to the area of responsibility, includes tools and manpower and systems.
Promote Continuous Improvement and 5Ss culture.
Observe OEA and CTPAT standards in yard & Trailers management.
Take necessary actions to meet KPIs.
Manage physical and virtual inventory to be supplied to production based on the procedures established by DTNA, the Operations Management and the Materials Control, including but not limited to:
- Unload, verify and receive material,
- Prepare and supply material to production according to the corresponding Logistics stream,
- Prevent shortages through the use of daily summary reports and any other applicable reports,
- Monitor CS Accuracy,
- Analyze material with issues such as negative in process, excesses, obsolete material, damaged material, etc.
- Watch XOver and PFEP implementation
- Reduce the scrap
This position may require rotating shifts and working from Monday to Saturday.
Remote work (Home Office) is not an option.

Main Functions:
- Coordinate and manage workshops to understand the system limitations and help to support the overall DTNA strategy.
Support Logistics Control System LCS project efforts.
Manage projects to plan material flow and equipment required to conduct the entire material flow from point of receiving at the dock to the point of use.
- Control the receipt, storage, supply and custody of the productive material to guarantee its availability in its points of use in the main line and offline
- Analyze material with issues such as negative in process, excesses, obsolete material, damaged material, etc.
Watch X Over and PFEP implementations, to ensure that the inventory in plant remains healthy and available for production.
- Promote and execute Continuous improvement projects, so that the culture of Continuous Improvement is fostered at all levels and, of course, to keep the maintain the cycle of improvement in the department and in the plant.
- Manage and supervise the personnel attendance, vacations, training matrix, training plan, performance metrics and records of the assigned team.
- Develop a sustainable strategy for 5Ss and to maintain OEA, CTPAT and ISO certifications
