What You'll Do
- Lead **end-to-end recruitment** for technical roles, from sourcing to offer
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to refine job requirements and priorities
- Track and update progress using ATS and sourcing platforms
- Share insights and contribute to continuous **process improvements**
What You Bring
- 2-3+ years of **technical recruiting experience**, preferably in a high-volume environment




- Comfort conducting technical interviews and vetting hard skills
- Experience working with or within **staffing firms** serving tech clients
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized mindset
- Must be able to work PST or EST hours a few days per week
