This new role is full time based in our Lerma office (Toluca, Estado de Mexico).
What You'll Do:
Consolidate data into a centralized location.
Mange the development of standardized reporting and metrics to measure general logistics KPI's.
Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g., warehouse-slotting, route planning, carrier performance, affiliate demand forecast and replenishment).
Performing data quality analysis and managing follow-up resolution with service providers to ensure reporting accuracy.
Partner with Supply Chain leadership to drive carrier performance through active monitoring, reporting & scorecard development.
Understand the impact logistics planning has on end-to-end shipment execution (including how logistics planning impacts material releases).
Collect data on supply chain operations & research root cause and driving corrective action to improve Supply Chain and Logistics performance and achieve business objectives.
Use data to identify and highlight issues and opportunities to optimize supply chain, improve efficiency, and minimize logistic spend and costs.
Assembling and assessing commercial forecasts based on market and competitive information, sales history, customer trends and product promotions to deliver improved forecast accuracy.
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Management, MBA, or technical field (chemistry, math, etc.) or Business (MBA Preferred).
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence tools, mainly Excel, Power BI, Cognos, with experience using statistical analysis and forecasting platforms (e.g., Logility) and ERP systems such as JDE or SAP.
Adept with queries, report writing, presenting findings and supporting decision making.
Fluent in English, as you will work with US and EU subsidiaries.
