Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives through strategic sales planning and execution.
Lead the sales process from prospecting and opportunity qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Analyze market conditions, customer trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and support business planning.
Support strategic initiatives and key business opportunities as required by regional leadership.





Proven professional experience in the security, surveillance, or video management industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within the technology, software, security, or related industries.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience working through indirect sales channels, including distributors, resellers, and business partners.
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish .
Experience managing sales opportunities and revenue forecasts using CRM platforms.
