Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance within an international or SSC environment

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

- Leadership & team management: oversee GL accountants, drive performance and KPIs
- Strong accounting expertise: General Ledger, month-end close, financial reporting
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and global accounting standards




- Ensure compliance with PCAOB/internal controls and audit requirements
- Stakeholder management and process improvement in a shared service environment

Languages:

- Advanced English (required)
- Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory

What You MUST Have (All Roles)

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in General Ledger / Accounting roles (SSC or multinational environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Solid understanding of IFRS accounting standards
- Experience working with internal controls and PCAOB compliance frameworks
- Advanced English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus (especially for Team Leader)
